  • For the goat cheese mousse:

  • 400 g spreadable Goat cheese Pyramid Plain
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp peanuts
  • For the salted caramel sauce:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 g salted butter
  • 10 cl light cream

  • Step 1

    Prepare the goat cheese mousse. Beat the goat cheese together with the sugar.

  • Step 2

    Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the fromage blanc. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • Step 3

    Prepare the salted caramel sauce. Heat the light cream. In a saucepan, melt the sugar and leave to cook until it is the colour of caramel. Remove from the heat. Then, add the butter and cream and mix well. Set aside.

  • Step 4

    Make the desserts by alternating layers of salted caramel sauce, slices of banana and fromage blanc mousse. Top with the salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
