Goat cheese yogurt cake with praline sauce

  • For the yogurt cake:

  • 1 Soignon spreadable pyramid plain 140g
  • 120 g sugar
  • 4 eggs

  • 10 cl flavorless oil
  • 270 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • For the praline sauce:

  • 200 g pralinoise (chocolate bar with a high percentage of praline)
  • 10 cl light cream

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Step 2

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until they turn white. Add in the yogurt, the oil, and 2 tbsp of Soignon Pyramid Spreadable.

  • Step 3

    Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold in well. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold into the mixture.

  • Step 4

    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 15 cm cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes, stirring well.

  • Step 6

    Heat the light cream and add it to the praline a little at a time mixing well.
