- 8 slices of whole wheat sandwich bread
- 1 Soignon Organic spreadable goat cheese Pyramid Plain 140g
- 2 onions
- 8 walnuts
- 300 g baby spinach
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Peel and slice the onions.
Step 2
Heat a little bit of oil and sauté the onions over medium heat.
Step 3
Caramelize, then lower the heat and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, heat some oil in another pan and cook the baby spinach over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Spread some Soignon Spreadable goat cheese on the slices of bread.
Step 6
Divide the spinach, onions and crushed walnuts among 4 of the slices.
Step 7
Close and cook in a panini press (or in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C).
