- 3 Soignon Whipped goat cheese Plain or Garlic and Herbs
- 100 g beets, cooked
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped

Step 1
Blend the beets into a coulis. Mix it together with a tub and a half of whipped goat cheese. Set aside.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix them with the rest of the whipped goat cheese. Add the parsley and chives.
Step 3
Serve these dips with crackers, veggie sticks and chips (carrot, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, etc.).
