- 1 Soignon Goat milk camembert style
- 8 slices streaky bacon
- 1 tbsp honey
Freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Cut the Camembert into 8 portions.
Step 2
Dry fry the streaky bacon in a frying pan. Deglaze with the honey.
Step 3
Roll up each portion of Camembert in a slice of streaky bacon and hold it in place with a toothpick.
Step 4
Season with ground pepper.
