  • 2 pieces Soignon Brie Style
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Remove the seeds and white membrane from the red pepper.

  • Step 2

    Chop the flesh into small pieces.

  • Step 3

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the pepper. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Let it cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Cover with a lid halfway through cooking.

  • Step 5

    When the pepper is soft, leave it to cool completely.

  • Step 6

    Cut the pieces of Brie in half, horizontally.

  • Step 7

    Spread the peppers, pine nuts, and basil leaves evenly over the bottom halves of the Brie.

  • Step 8

    Top with the remaining halves of the Brie and chill for 1 hour before serving.
