Granola and goat fromage frais with strawberries

  • For the granola:

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 70 g raisins
  • For the fromage blanc:

  • 400 g goat or sheep milk fromage blanc
  • 1 Soignon Spreadable goat cheese Pyramid Plain, 140g
  • 250 g strawberries, cut into halves

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  • Step 2

    Mix all the granola ingredients except the raisins and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring regularly (the granola should be nicely browned).

  • Step 3

    Let cool, add the raisins and store in an airtight jar.

  • Step 4

    Mix the fromage blanc with 2 spoonfuls of Soignon fresh goat cheese.

  • Step 5

    In the jars, spread a layer of granola, a layer of strawberries, a layer of goat fromage blanc, and another layer of strawberries. Sprinkle with granola and close the jars. The desserts are ready to go.
