Tagliatelle with goat cheese and honey sauce

  • 1 Soignon goat milk Camembert Style 180g
  • 400 g fresh tagliatelle pasta
  • 50 cl crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Fresh basil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Cook the fresh tagliatelle in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes.

  • Step 2

    While they are cooking, carefully remove the rind from the goat cheese and melt the cheese in the crème fraîche, stirring until smooth. Season to taste.

  • Step 3

    Drain the tagliatelle, put it in an ovenproof dish and cover with the goat cheese sauce.

  • Step 4

    Drizzle 2 tbsp honey in a crisscross pattern over the pasta and top with fresh tomato slices and basil.

  • Step 5

    Put in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 200°C until the tomatoes have started to brown. Serve and eat while hot!
