Spinach and smoked salmon clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 1 Soignon Ripened goat log 150g
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 cl cup milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 smoked salmon slices
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Cut the smoked salmon into strips.

  • Step 2

    Put the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs. Start to whisk, adding the milk a little at a time. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Chop the spinach leaves. Add them and the smoked salmon to the milk mixture.

  • Step 4

    Pour into a large gratin dish.

  • Step 5

    Add the slices of goat cheese on top.

  • Step 6

    Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
