- 1 Soignon Goat milk Camembert Style, 180g
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp crushed hazelnut pieces
A drizzle of honey

Step 1
Place the goat milk Camembert in a ramekin and leave it at room temperature.
Step 2
Then, rub the butter, breadcrumbs and flour together with your fingers. Spread on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C to make the crumble.
Step 3
Cook the goat milk Camembert in the ramekin at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the crumble and hazelnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Drizzle with honey and serve straight away with slices of bread.
