- 1 Soignon Extra creamy ripened log, 180g
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 zucchinis
- 200 ml light cream
Bacon
- 2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange on top of the puff pastry, overlapping them.
Step 2
Crumble the extra creamy ripened log into a salad bowl and add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix together and spread over the slices of zucchini. Add the bacon, sliced into thin strips.
Step 3
Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180°C
