- 1 Soignon Low fat ripenend log 180g
- 1 pack Soignon Shredded goat cheese 150g
- 500 g spinach
- 4 eggs
1/2 l milk
- 20 cl liquid crème fraîche
- 100 g flour

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the crème fraîche, milk, salt, pepper, and flour. Beat the ingredients together until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in the grated goat cheese and spinach.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. Add slices of the Soignon log on top.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
