  • 1 box Soignon Goat Cheese Slices Plain
  • 400 g spinach
  • 10 cl heavy crème fraîche
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 puff pastry
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Chop the spinach. Add the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 180°C

  • Step 3

    Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 squares, each measuring about 4 inches x 4 inches.

  • Step 4

    Spoon some spinach into the center of each square (approximately 2 generous spoonfuls per square).

  • Step 5

    Add a Soignon Goat Cheese Slices and fold the 4 corners of the pastry into the center to make a smaller square. Repeat the previous step for the other 3 squares.

  • Step 6

    Put the pastry squares on a baking tray and brush with egg or milk.

  • Step 7

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  • Step 8

    Serve hot with a side salad.
