- 1 Soignon Ripened goat log 150g
- 1 puff pastry roll
- 1 oignon
- 1 small pot of light cream
- 1 pack Soignon Shredded goat cheese
- 2 – 3 tsp honey
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Finely chop and fry the onion.
Step 2
Moisten a little with water until they brown a little. Then add a good teaspoon of honey, mix and let the onions cook until they are soft.
Step 3
Unroll the pastry onto the pie tin
Step 4
Spread the light cream on the bottom of the tin and place the cooked onions on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the Soignon goat cheese log into slices and place the slices on the onions.
Step 6
Finish with a layer of Soignon shredded goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes at 210°C
