For the barbecue sauce:
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 Soignon Unripened goat log Plain, 110g
- 50 g ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
For the skewers:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 packet cherry tomatoes
A dash of olive oil
Basil and rosemary
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix together all the barbecue sauce ingredients (including 50 g Soignon Unripened goat log Plain). Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Chop the chicken breast into pieces and thread them onto the skewers, alternating each piece of chicken with a cherry tomato.
Step 3
Brush with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook on a barbecue or a grill.
Step 5
When fully cooked, sprinkle with basil and rosemary.
Step 6
Serve with the yogurt barbecue sauce.
