- 12 slices of Soignon Ripened goat log
- 1 pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 200 g chopped spinach
- 20 cl heavy cream
Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Line the pan with the pie crust.
Step 3
In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, cream, chopped spinach and cilantro together.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the mixture on top of the crust.
Step 6
Add the Goat cheese slices on top.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8
Serve warm.
