  • 3 packs of Soignon Goat Cheese Croustis
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small jar of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 yogurts
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, pepper

  • Step 1

    Mix the yogurts with the herbs and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Brown the Croustis Chèvres in a pan, following the instructions on the package, then cut them in half.

  • Step 3

    Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half and slice the zucchini into ribbons (tagliatelle style).

  • Step 4

    On wooden skewers, alternate a piece of sun-dried tomato, half a Croustis Chèvres, a zucchini ribbon, and another half Croustis Chèvres.

  • Step 5

    Serve these skewers with the herbed yogurt sauce.
