Goat cheese and spinach quiche without pastry

  • 1 Soignon Low fat ripenend log 180g
  • 1 pack Soignon Shredded goat cheese 150g
  • 500 g spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 l milk

  • 20 cl liquid crème fraîche
  • 100 g flour
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • Step 2

    Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the crème fraîche, milk, salt, pepper, and flour. Beat the ingredients together until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Stir in the grated goat cheese and spinach.

  • Step 4

    Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. Add slices of the Soignon log on top.

  • Step 5

    Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
