  • 1 pack soignon medallions plain 4x25g
  • 125 g flour
  • 1/2 l milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 g grated Gruyere cheese
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Step 1

    Break the eggs one by one into a large bowl. Add the Gruyere, salt, and pepper. Pour in the flour, then the milk and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Place slices of fresh Soignon Medallions in a pie dish and cover with the mixture. Bake in the oven at 210°C for 40 minutes.
