French Quiche with Zucchini, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

  • 1 Soignon Unripened log honey 125g
  • 1 savory pie crust
  • 4 zucchini
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl light cream
  • 10 cl milk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Half peel the zucchini, removing alternate strips. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.

  • Step 2

    Crush the garlic.

  • Step 3

    Sauté the zucchini with the garlic in the olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Beat the eggs until slightly foamy, then add the milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5

    Cut half a log of Soignon Unripened goat log Honey into slices and finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Step 6

    Line a pie dish with the pie crust. Pour in the zucchini and spread evenly.

  • Step 7

    Cover with the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes then the slices of Soignon Unripened goat log Honey

  • Step 8

    Pour in the quiche mixture.

  • Step 9

    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

  • Step 10

    Serve warm with a green salad.
