- 2 avocados
- 1 pack Soignon Breaded Cheeses Herbes de Provence 4x25g
- 250 g hummus
- 1 small carrot
- 1/4 cucumber

Step 1
Peel the carrot.
Step 2
Wash the cucumber and deseed it.
Step 3
Dice the carrot and cucumber.
Step 4
Cook the Breaded Cheeses Herbes de Provence according to the instructions on the packet until they are golden.
Step 5
Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
Step 6
Fill the center of the avocados with hummus.
Step 7
Sprinkle an even amount of diced vegetables over each avocado half, place a piece of Chevre Chaud on top, and serve.
