One-pot chicken and goat cheese pasta

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 400 g penne
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 150 g baby spinach
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 80 ml light cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 500 ml cups water
  • 1 Soignon Ripened goat log, 150g
  • A few sprigs of parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Slice the chicken breasts.

  • Step 2

    Dice the sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Step 3

    Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and sauté the chicken breasts and spinach for a few minutes.

  • Step 4

    Add the water, cream, mustard, pasta, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5

    Cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the sauce becomes creamy.

  • Step 6

    Garnish with chopped parsley and slices of Soignon organic goat cheese when you serve it.

  • Step 7

    Serve immediately.
