- 1 bag of mesclun salad
- 50 g red cabbage, grated
- 1 avocado
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion

Dice the cherry tomatoes.

Chop the onion and mix with the tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, chopped chives and a dash of lime juice.
