Goat cheese burger with bacon

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 12 Goat cheese with bacon wrapped
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Some mesclun

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • A few drops of hot sauce

  • Salt and pepper

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and hot sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.

  • Step 2

    Dice the cherry tomatoes and the avocado.

  • Step 3

    Chop the red onion.

  • Step 4

    Mix these ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5

    Cook the Goat cheeses in a skillet or in the oven according to the instructions on the packet.

  • Step 6

    Slice the buns in half and toast them.

  • Step 7

    Spread sauce on the bottom of the buns.

  • Step 8

    Add the vegetables and salad.

  • Step 9

    Place 3 cheeses on each bun.

  • Step 10

    Put on the top of the bun and enjoy!
