  • 2 boxes Soignon Goat cheese slices Plain
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 thin chicken cutlets
  • 4 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Peel the onion. Thinly slice the peppers and onion. Slice the chicken cutlets. Sauté in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped basil.

  • Step 3

    Divide the vegetables and chicken among the tortillas. Add 2 Soignon goat cheese slices to each.

  • Step 4

    Roll the tortillas to create the wraps and enjoy.
